    **Are you detail-oriented and passionate about food safety and production excellence? We’re looking for a Blending Technician** to join our fast-paced beverage manufacturing team in **Lakeland, FL** . This is a **Contract-to-Hire** opportunity with long-term potential and great benefits.

    • Schedule:

    + **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

    + **2-2-3 Rotating Schedule** (Enjoy every other weekend off!)

    • What You’ll Do:

    + Operate and maintain batching/blending equipment after certification.

    + Follow precise batching instructions and ensure ingredient accuracy.

    + Conduct blend tank sampling and adjust formulas per quality team guidance.

    + Maintain sanitation standards through scheduled CIP/COP procedures.

    + Safely transport ingredients using a forklift and manage empty containers.

    + Uphold strict compliance with GMPs, safety protocols, and PPE requirements.

    • What You Bring:

    + Experience in high-speed beverage or food production.

    + Forklift certification and ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

    + Strong math skills for measurements and formulas.

    + Training in SAP, HACCP, GMP, and hygiene practices.

    + Clear communication skills in English (verbal & written).

    + Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

    • Bonus Skills:

    + Basic computer proficiency for production software.

    + Ability to analyze data and improve blending processes.

    + Participation in safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
