    Title: HVAC Installer

    Job Description

    Join our team as an HVAC Installer where you will assist a seasoned HVAC installer in the installation of heaters, boilers, and furnaces in commercial or industrial buildings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for growth and advancement into an install/service technician position, with comprehensive training provided. Ideal candidates have technical education or relevant field experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment such as heaters, boilers, and furnaces.

    + Work alongside an experienced HVAC installer in commercial and industrial settings.

    + Gain hands-on experience and training in HVAC installation and service techniques.

    + Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols during installations.

    Essential Skills

    + Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.

    + 1+ year of experience in HVAC installation, or a relevant degree from a technical school.

    + Understanding of safety practices in HVAC installations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + A two-year HVAC degree from an area technical college, or a one-year diploma/certificate in HVAC.

    + A degree in Facilities Maintenance from an area technical college.

    + 2+ years of recent experience in HVAC field without a degree is also acceptable.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a small to medium-sized shop where most tools are supplied. You will collaborate and ride with another technician, fostering a cooperative and supportive work environment.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
