Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking motivated Full-time and Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team through January 2026. In this role, you will support our warehouse operations by picking, packing, stocking, and receiving merchandise. This is a hands-on position where accuracy, teamwork, and efficiency are key to exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

+ Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to fulfill customer orders.

+ Label items and perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.

+ Restock inventory and organize warehouse shelves efficiently.

+ Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying accuracy, and staging items.

+ Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving.

+ Proficiency in material handling and RF scanning.

+ Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in packaging, picking, and packing.

Work Environment

The position is based in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. The work schedule includes shifts from 6am-6pm (A shift) and 4pm-4am (B shift), Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays needed. Expect a lot of walking and climbing stairs. The dress code allows for comfortable clothing such as shorts, and headphones are allowed on iPods or iPads, but no phones or metal are permitted.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
