Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team in the production of high-quality filtration media and products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and contributing to the production of top-tier filtration systems.
Responsibilities
+ Produce filtration media/products by adhering to GMP.
+ Select and prepare raw materials needed for each batch.
+ Mix raw materials as required for each batch.
+ Assist in setting up equipment for each production batch.
+ Monitor the production schedule and make necessary adjustments.
+ Conduct quality control tests as required.
+ Maintain proper production documentation for each batch.
+ Perform material handling duties and basic janitorial tasks as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
+ Basic math skills are required.
+ Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Effective communication and documentation skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with assembly, inspection, and the use of hand tools.
+ Familiarity with production machinery and general labor tasks.
+ Experience in mixing, packaging, and packing is beneficial.

Work Environment
This position is based in a manufacturing environment where we produce depth filtration and filtration systems. With over 55 employees in the company, you will be part of a team of 20+ in the Production area. Openings are available on the 2nd and 3rd shift (2PM - 10:30PM and 10PM - 6:30AM), with a 5% differential on 2nd and a 10% shift differential on 3rd. Both shifts require training on the 1st shift for the first two weeks. The dress code includes jeans, short or long sleeve shirts (flexible with weather), and comfortable shoes, excluding sneakers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kingston, New York.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.35 - $20.35/hr.
