Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Material Handling Associate to support critical warehouse operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. This role requires proficiency in inventory movement, equipment operation, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to operational excellence, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

+ Operate sit-down forklifts to manage inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate placement and inventory integrity

+ Execute full-cycle material handling tasks including picking, packing, scanning, and palletizing for shipment

+ Interpret pick sheets and utilize RF scanning technology to maintain real-time inventory accuracy

+ Collaborate across departments to support dynamic warehouse needs and optimize workflow efficiency

+ Conduct product inspections and verify load accuracy to uphold quality and delivery standards

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in alignment with safety protocols

+ Utilize mechanical and manual methods to transport materials between receiving, storage, and shipping zones

+ Adhere to documented work instructions and contribute to process improvements where applicable

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED required

+ Valid forklift operator certification preferred

+ Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, material handling, and inventory systems

+ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety

+ Familiarity with production processes, quality control standards, and logistics best practices

+ Proficiency in using warehouse management systems, spreadsheets, or related tools

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.60 - $17.60/hr.
