**Location:** Brighton, CO

**Schedule:** Full-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

About Us

Join a global leader in specialty chemicals serving the construction, industrial, and automotive markets. We’re seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** to support our production operations and ensure equipment runs at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical, electrical, and industrial repairs on production equipment.

+ Execute preventative maintenance tasks with precision and timeliness.

+ Respond to reactive maintenance needs quickly and effectively.

+ Troubleshoot and repair using hands-on knowledge of single and three-phase industrial electricity.

+ Work independently and collaboratively within a team of six technicians.

Qualifications

+ Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

+ Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine repair.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control systems.

+ Familiarity with conveyor systems, motors, and electrical maintenance.

+ **Bonus:** Fabrication skills and experience with automated machinery.

Work Environment

+ Initial 2–3 weeks of day shift training with experienced leads.

+ Transition to 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM).

+ Option for 12-hour shifts on a 2x2x3 rotation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
