             Job Title: Assembler 18/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency while assembling various components according to product specifications and requirements. Responsibilities + Follow all safety procedures and use required safety equipment in accordance with company policies and practices. + Review work orders for product specifications and requirements. + Visually inspect components and completed units during assembly for quality and accuracy. + Select and assemble parts and assemblies in proper sequence using tools such as drills, rivet guns, saws, and more. + Select appropriate sub-assemblies or components and install them according to design specifications. + Apply wiring harnesses, sensors, and other electrical components as per specifications. + Complete assembly processes to finish the unit in specified sequence, ensuring quality standards are met. + Foam completed cabinets according to engineering specifications. + Clean the immediate work area daily. + Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor. Essential Skills + High school diploma or GED required. + Beginner computer skills or a willingness to learn. + 1-2 years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated product assembly. + Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to read, interpret, and follow wiring diagrams and blueprints. + Ability to read and differentiate part numbers, labels, and work instructions. + Experience in standing, bending, reaching, and handling bulky parts. + Preferred manufacturing experience. Work Environment The work environment involves using a wide range of hand tools and machinery such as drills, rivet guns, saws, and hy-pot testers. The role requires standing, bending, and reaching while handling bulky parts. The shift begins at 8:00 am, ensuring a consistent work schedule. Dress code and safety equipment are required as per company policies. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Marietta, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
