Maintenance Supervisor
**Location:** 1st Shift | Pay: $50–$60/hr (based on interview and qualifications)
We are seeking a **highly organized and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor** with strong **Planner/Scheduler** experience to lead maintenance operations across our cutting-edge aerospace manufacturing and testing facilities. This role blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Leadership
+ Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors across multiple shifts.
+ Ensure timely execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
+ Monitor equipment performance and drive initiatives to reduce downtime.
+ Enforce safety protocols and compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, FAA).
Planning & Scheduling
+ Develop and manage maintenance schedules using CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix).
+ Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align priorities.
+ Track work orders, labor hours, parts usage, and equipment history.
+ Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions.
Inventory & Procurement
+ Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
+ Partner with procurement to source tools, materials, and services.
+ Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and vendor performance.
Continuous Improvement
+ Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
+ Support reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) initiatives.
+ Mentor staff on best practices, new technologies, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Required
+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
+ 5+ years of maintenance supervision experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
+ Proven experience with CMMS-based planning and scheduling.
+ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred
+ Certifications: PMP, CMRP, Six Sigma, OSHA 30.
+ Experience with lean manufacturing and TPM.
+ Familiarity with aerospace quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
