Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing parts for agricultural and transportation products. You will work with blueprints and adjust programs on Trumpf and other 100+ ton presses. Your role will also involve loading and unloading materials and making necessary machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

+ Operate press brake to produce parts for agricultural and transportation products.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to set up and adjust machines.

+ Load and unload materials efficiently and safely.

+ Set up and change over between different parts as needed.

+ Ensure machines are operating smoothly and make necessary adjustments.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum 2 years of experience operating a press brake.

+ Ability to set up and change over between parts.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

+ Experience with machine setup and operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with Trumpf presses and 100+ ton presses is advantageous.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements.

+ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Work Environment

The work environment is a well-maintained, expanded shop with approximately 40 people across all shifts. We offer two shift options: 6 am to 4:30 pm or 4:30 pm to 3 am from Monday to Thursday, with Friday reserved for overtime. New hires will be trained on the day shift for 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the learning pace. A $2/hour shift differential is available for night shift workers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST FARGO, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
