    **Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

    **Pay** : $28.04-$31.15/hr depending on experience. Plus $1.50 for 2nd shift and $1.75 for 3rd shift.

    **Location:** Council Bluffs, IA

    Shift:

    2nd: “Mids” Shift: 2:30 – 11:00p.m Monday through Friday. Includes $1.50 shift differential. (1 openings)

     

    3rd “Nights” 10:30p.m. – 7:00a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Includes $1.75 shift differential. (1 opening)

     

    D shift: 6:45pm-6:45am rotating shift (1opening)

    Job Description

    + Perform routine maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.

    + Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + Conduct preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

    + Interpret schematics and blueprints for effective problem-solving.

    + Utilize PLC troubleshooting techniques to resolve industrial issues.

    + Handle components like gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.

    + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

    + 2+ years of hydraulic and pneumatic experience.

    + 2+ years of electrical experience (480v).

    Responsibilities

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment.

    + Conduct repairs to ensure optimal functioning of facilities.

    + Utilize technical skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

    + Interpret schematics and blueprints for effective maintenance and repair.

    + Troubleshoot PLC systems, industrial pneumatics, and hydraulics.

    The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $64792.00/yr.
