    Job Title: Driver

    Job Description

    In this role, candidates will begin by working in the warehouse for about 1-2 weeks to learn the products. Following this period, drivers will be assigned a route within the tri-state area to deliver goods. The job involves operating either a 26' box truck or a Sprinter van, and ends when the day's routes are completed. Workdays can range from 5-6 hours to 8-10 hours, depending on the route.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate a 26' box truck or a Sprinter van to deliver goods within the tri-state area.

    + Work in the warehouse for 1-2 weeks to learn products before starting delivery routes.

    + Load and unload products/packages using pallet jacks.

    + Maintain a clean driving record.

    + Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of prior truck driving experience, preferably within the tri-state area.

    + Ability to lift, load, and unload products/packages using pallet jacks.

    + Clean driving record.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma.

    + Prior driving and warehouse experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting between 4 AM to 10 AM or 1 PM, depending on the assigned route. Workdays may vary from 6-hour routes when traveling towards the Albany area to over 8-hour routes if traveling to NYC, CT, and/or NJ. The workplace features a casual dress code and a small company atmosphere with an open office layout where everyone has a desk in one large office. The warehouse, attached to the main facility, is where trucks and vans are parked.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
