Description

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with expertise in managing administrative financial tasks? Our client, is looking for a skilled Finance Administrator to oversee financial processes and ensure smooth operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate financial records while supporting broader business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.

+ Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in an accurate and timely manner.

+ Assist in preparing financial reports, including month-end and year-end reporting.

+ Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and accounts receivable/payable.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

+ Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide administrative support.

+ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and financial regulations.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

+ 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.

+ Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks

+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).

+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
