    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a client seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join their growing team. This role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and account updates while ensuring a positive experience.

    Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    + Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish

    + Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally

    + Update customer accounts and document interactions in CRM systems

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure issue resolution

    Qualifications:

    + Fluent in English and Spanish

    + 1+ year of customer service experience

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills
