    Job Title: Data Analytics Specialist – SAP Data Governance & Quality

     

    Service Type: Temporary, 44 Week Contract

    Position Overview

This position plays a key role in preparing for our migration to SAP S/4HANA by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of data across SAP systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Data Profiling: Analyze SAP data for quality, consistency, and completeness. Identify patterns, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

    + Data Quality Management: Develop and apply data quality rules, perform validation checks, and recommend corrective actions.

    + Data Governance: Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold data governance standards and promote best practices.

    + Data Migration & Integration: Support SAP data migration efforts, ensuring clean and structured data, and assist with data mapping and integration.

    + Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs related to data quality and system performance.

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SAP functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, FICO) to resolve data issues and implement data-driven solutions.

    + Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements that improve data accuracy and system efficiency.

    + Documentation & Training: Document methodologies and procedures; assist in developing training materials for data management processes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Typically requires a degree in Technology, Engineering, or Data Science and 2+ years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree; or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

    + 6–9 years of experience in SAP data management, with emphasis on data profiling and quality.

    + Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW) and data management processes.

    + Experience with data profiling tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Informatica).

    + Familiarity with data integration, migration, and transformation in SAP.

    + Solid understanding of data governance principles.

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    •Preferred Skills

    + Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

    + SAP Data Management certification or related credentials.

    + Experience with scripting or automation tools.

    + Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
