Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team and play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python, and thrives in a collaborative environment where problem-solving and innovation are encouraged.

Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

+ Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines to ensure reliable data availability.

+ Use Python for data transformation, automation, and advanced analysis when needed.

+ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

+ Troubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend improvements to data management processes.

+ Support ongoing enhancements to data models, ETL workflows, and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

+ 5+ years of experience in a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.

+ Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, measures, data modeling, visual design best practices).

+ Strong SQL skills (queries, joins, stored procedures, performance tuning).

+ Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation.

+ Experience working with relational databases and data warehouse environments.

+ Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud data environments.

+ Familiarity with ETL tools or workflow automation platforms.

+ Background working with cross-functional analytics or reporting teams.
