Description

Robert Half is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support daily HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within human resources.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with new hire onboarding and employee file maintenance

+ Support HR reporting and compliance documentation

+ Coordinate benefits enrollment and employee communications

+ Provide administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

+ 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience

+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

+ Familiarity with HRIS systems a plus
