             Location: 1 California Street - San Francisco, California 94111 Job Summary The Associate Sales Rep, FX role supports the execution of daily team activities related to delivering a suite of foreign exchange (FX) products and services to a corporate client base. Essential Functions + Deliver excellence in customer service and trade execution + Demonstrate understanding of foreign exchange market & products (including spot, forward, and swaps) + Support effective onboarding, including documentation, credit lines, and platform demos and setups + Assist with organizing and conducting client education and entertainment events + Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders + Contribute to a strong team orientated culture and live Key’s values + Invest in personal continual learning and development + Strong comprehension of Risk Management in the overall business and industry context + Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements + Contribute to writing the client facing daily market update + Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice + Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key. Education + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) Work Experience + 1+ years experience in banking, fintech, or corporate environment (preferred) Licenses and Certifications + NFA Associated Person Certification within 90 Days (required) Skills + Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support accurate execution of foreign exchange trades in a fast-paced environment + Basic understanding of FX products including spot, forwards, and swaps or similar industry experience, with the ability to apply market knowledge in client interactions and trade support + Experience assisting with client onboarding processes, including documentation, credit line setup, and platform demonstrations to ensure a seamless client experience + Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to client engagement through effective communication and collaboration + Solid comprehension of industry-related risk within a business context and adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. Ability to contribute to client-facing market commentary + Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client recommendations and internal decision-making with analytical and problem-solving abilities + Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) (required), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, FX trading platforms, Bloomberg, Reuters (preferred) + Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and team collaboration + Demonstrates strong critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to apply sound business judgment to solve problems and support strategic initiatives Core Competencies + All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key’s Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies. Physical Demands + General Office - Prolonged sitting, ability to communicate face to face in person or on the phone with teammates and clients, frequent use of PC/laptop, occasional lifting/pushing/pulling of backpacks, computer bags up to 10 lbs. Travel + Occasional travel to include overnight stay. Driving Requirements + Ability to occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $71,000.00 - $122,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
