    Are you passionate about ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time? Our client, is looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone detailed-oriented and proactive, with a deep understanding of payroll systems and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process timely and accurate payroll for [insert employee size] employees across multiple pay cycles.

    + Maintain, update, and verify payroll data, including attendance, time records, and deductions.

    + Manage employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally.

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.

    + Prepare payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.

    + Collaborate with HR and Accounting departments to ensure all payroll-related data is accurate.

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of experience in payroll processing or equivalent.

    + Proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, Workday

    + Strong understanding of payroll laws, labor regulations, and tax compliance.

    + Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail.
