Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Brooklyn, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and detail-oriented manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the reception area.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.

• Manage office supplies, including inventory tracking and restocking.

• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

• Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

• Respond to inquiries and provide information about the organization to clients and visitors. Requirements • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor.

• Proficiency in using phone systems, office equipment, and basic computer software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• High level of reliability and punctuality.
