Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit. **_Our next RN Transition Fellowship program start date will begin March 16th, 2026._** Candidates must have at least 1 Year of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program. _Positions_ _are_ _limited_ _and_ _early_ _application_ _is_ _encouraged_ . Application period is open November 1st 2025 through November 10th, 2025 at 11:59PM ( _ONLY_ ).

Job Requirements
+ Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
+ Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
+ Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to the start of the transition program (unless otherwise agreed upon by Unit Director and Education department to complete during the program)
+ Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
+ ACLS
+ Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
+ Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 performance evaluations.

Pay Range
$50.87 - $72.40 /hour
