    Description

    We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations. This fully onsite contract role is ideal for someone with strong bookkeeping experience and a hands-on approach to managing financial records.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries and account reconciliations

    + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

    + Manage bank and credit card reconciliations

    + Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking

    + Prepare financial reports and support month-end close activities

    + Ensure compliance with internal procedures and accounting standards

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a small to mid-sized business environment

    + Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and onsite

    + Excellent communication and time management abilities
