Description

Our client, a reputable and well-established plaintiff’s personal injury firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support a busy attorney handling a variety of personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage discovery, depositions, and medical records

+ Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and settlement documents

+ Maintain case calendars and deadlines

+ Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

+ Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation

Ideal Background:

+ 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar)

+ Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury cases.

• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.

• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities.

• Familiarity with trial preparation and court filing processes.
