• Procurement Systems Analyst

    Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Systems Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly assess complex data environments, and provide actionable insights to improve procurement visibility and decision-making

     

    + Investigate Procurement Data Challenges:

    + Dive into procurement data across multiple systems to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities.

    + Work closely with Controllers, General Managers, and other stakeholders to understand invoice-level details and spending patterns.

    + Data Mapping & Integration:

    + Aggregate and normalize data from various sources including:

    + JobRouter (internal workflow tool)

    + DocuWare (invoice repository)

    + Oracle (payment system)

    + PCARDS (corporate card payments)

    + Map disparate data structures using APIs and flat files to create a unified view.

    + Dashboard Development:

    + Support the creation of a dashboard that integrates GL data and procurement spend to enable strategic decision-making.

    + Summarize invoice data and categorize spend effectively.

    + Vendor Analysis:

    + Identify and consolidate vendor records across markets (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, maintenance) to ensure accurate categorization and spend tracking.

    Requirements

    Required Skills & Experience:

    + Proven experience in procurement systems analysis or a related field.

    + Strong understanding of Oracle and financial systems integration.

    + Experience working with APIs, flat files, and custom workflow tools.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple data sources.

    + Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    + Analytical mindset with attention to detail and investigative drive.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with JobRouter and DocuWare (or similar non-commercial systems).

    + Background in auditing or financial analysis.

    + Familiarity with GL reporting and dashboard too
