Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join their team! The successful candidate will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. An ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, and managing correspondence.
+ Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
+ Process onboarding and offboarding paperwork for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies.
+ Respond to employee queries and direct issues to the appropriate HR team members when necessary.
+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee information.
+ Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
+ Support compliance with labor laws and regulations, assisting with audits and ensuring documentation is up-to-date.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and ATS systems.
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
+ Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements • Proven experience in human resources administration or a related role.
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and proficiency in their use.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and best practices.
• Experience conducting background checks and managing employee records.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address employee concerns effectively.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
