    Key Responsibilities:

    + Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timely application.

    + Generate and maintain invoices for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

    + Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies or issues.

    + Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly documented.

    + Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and maintain positive relationships.

    + Execute month-end closing functions related to accounts receivable.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 2-4 years of accounts receivable or relevant accounting experience (biotech industry experience is a plus).

    + Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

    + Soft Skills: Problem-solving orientation, deadline management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
