Description We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Midland, Texas. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of a leading company in the transportation equipment manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for handling financial tasks with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Process work orders for payment accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile technician expense reports to ensure proper documentation and compliance.

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes effectively.

• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments.

• Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting tools to support financial operations.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files.

• Support administrative tasks related to financial documentation and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Provide assistance with additional accounting duties as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

• Previous administrative or accounting experience is a plus.

• Familiarity with Excel for basic financial tasks.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
