    Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role combines customer engagement and inside sales responsibilities, focusing on account management and order entry tasks. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers the potential for long-term growth in a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.

    • Develop new business relationships by identifying potential clients and presenting tailored solutions.

    • Process and track customer orders with accuracy and efficiency to meet delivery timelines.

    • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and other channels to provide exceptional service.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and achieve business goals.

    • Utilize Microsoft Office and company-specific systems to maintain records and generate reports.

    • Assist customers with technical inquiries related to water testing and treatment services.

    • Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any additional requirements.

    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and customer service processes. Requirements • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems or similar tools.

    • Background in water testing, treatment, or a related scientific field is highly desirable.

    • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field is advantageous.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
