    Description

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our employees are compensated accurately, on time, and in compliance with all regulations. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining precise employee data, and providing exceptional service to team members who rely on your expertise.

    Responsibilities

    + Process biweekly or monthly payroll for [#] employees using [payroll software name].

    + Maintain accurate employee records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions.

    + Review timesheets for accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

    + Prepare and submit payroll taxes and related reports.

    + Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

    + Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

    + Stay up-to-date on federal and state payroll regulations.

    Requirements

    Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

     

    [2–5]+ years of payroll experience preferred.

     

    Proficiency in [ADP / Paychex / QuickBooks / Gusto / other payroll systems].

     

    Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, FLSA, and tax compliance.

     

    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

     

    Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
