Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hurley, New Mexico. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to provide exceptional support to customers while contributing to the smooth operation of our services. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and attentive manner.

• Accurately process and manage orders using the company’s systems.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs, concerns, and requests.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.

• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.

• Assist in training new team members to ensure consistent service quality.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and share feedback with management.

Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.

• Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

• Familiarity with scheduling and coordination tasks.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
