Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team in Burbank, California. In this role, you will focus on accounts receivable functions while contributing to the financial health and efficiency of the organization. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable functions, including accurate invoicing and timely billing processes.

• Review and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and resolve issues.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation of financial transactions for audit and reporting purposes.

• Support budget planning and cost analysis efforts to optimize financial operations.

• Participate in procurement processes to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines.

• Assist in campaign planning by providing financial insights and tracking media-related expenses.

• Train team members on financial procedures and tools to enhance overall efficiency.

• Monitor brand awareness activities and marketing campaigns for financial impact and alignment.

• Coordinate travel expenses and ensure timely processing of reimbursements. Requirements • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar roles within finance.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines through effective planning.

• Familiarity with billing functions and invoice reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices.

• Experience with budget planning and cost analysis.

• Understanding of marketing and media-related financial tracking is preferred.
