Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves managing the full cycle of accounts payable processes in a relaxed and supportive work environment. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Review and code invoices correctly before entering them into the system.

• Conduct regular check runs to ensure payments are made on schedule.

• Verify invoice details and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions for auditing purposes.

• Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment inquiries or issues.

• Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to improve accounts payable processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Provide support during audits by supplying necessary documentation. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in coding invoices and managing check runs.

• Strong skills in invoice processing and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with financial systems and accounting software.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
