    Description

    We are looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator to support our Hillsboro based client manage payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration. This long-term contract role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll processes and HR functions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the full payroll cycle for a workforce of approximately 200 employees, including multi-state payroll processing.

    • Manage employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to benefits and HR policies.

    • Support open enrollment processes and provide guidance to employees on benefits options.

    • Audit and approve timesheets, submitting payroll files accurately and on schedule.

    • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including setting up employee accounts and coordinating orientation.

    • Handle employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

    • Administer leave of absence requests and ensure compliance with company policies.

    • Collaborate with external payroll service providers to optimize HR and payroll operations.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for organizations with 100-500 employees.

     

    • Proficiency in multi-state payroll processing and compliance.

    • Expertise in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.

    • Strong background in benefits administration and open enrollment processes.

    • Familiarity with onboarding procedures and employee relations management.

    • Ability to handle leave of absence administration and ensure policy adherence.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
