    Description

    We are looking for an experienced part-time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Boardman, Ohio. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating with management and external accountants.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

    • Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for review by management.

    • Process payroll and maintain compliance with relevant tax regulations.

    • Coordinate with external accountants during audits and tax preparation.

    • Maintain and update accounting records using QuickBooks software.

    • Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial improvements.

    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.

    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.

    • Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and financial reporting.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.

    • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.

    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
