Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nursing Director is responsible for leading strategic initiatives and daily operations Perinatal nursing units including Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum and Level 2 Nursery departments. The Director will be responsible for program growth of each area, while ensuring the delivery of high quality of care.
The Director of Nursing fosters an environment that promotes nursing professional practice and ensures that exceptional medical, nursing, and compassionate care are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. This individual will be focused on service and operations to ensure that safe, reliable, and high-quality care is provided to optimize the patient experience. The Director of Nursing will ensure clinical support services are coordinated, a supportive environment for caregivers is sustained and will enhance professional growth, communication, and job satisfaction.
Job Description:
Pay Range:
$170,000.00 USD - $220,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
