Job Description:

Operating Room Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Winchester Hospital

Are you an experienced NP or PA looking to join a high-quality OR team? Join Winchester Hospital as a skilled professional to assist specialist physicians and provide comprehensive patient care.

What You'll Do:

+ First assist in the operating room.

+ Provide inpatient care and collaborate with the healthcare team.

+ Perform bedside procedures.

+ Assist with patient management in a specialty field.

Qualifications:

+ Current MA NP or PA license.

+ Certification (NCCPA) for PAs.

+ Clinical experience in Surgical Services, including first assisting.

+ BLS and ACLS certification.

+ State and Federal DEA Licensure.

Preferred Experience:

+ Experience in Orthopedic and Spine services.

Pay Range:

$117,000.00 USD - $191,000.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
