    **Shift** : Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This role ensures smooth onboarding processes, maintains accurate employee records, and assists with HR-related documentation and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Performance Documentation: Maintain and update employee performance records in HR systems.

    + Vacation Tracking: Monitor and record employee vacation schedules and balances.

    + Employee & Emergency Contacts: Keep employee contact information and emergency details current.

    + Facility Trainer Checklist: Coordinate training requirements for new employees and ensure completion of onboarding checklists.

    + Supply Ordering: Manage ordering and inventory of HR-related supplies.

    + System Access Tickets: Submit and track tickets for granting system access to new hires or role changes.

    + Start Date Changes: Process and update employee start dates in HR systems.

    + Onboarding Folder Preparation: Assemble and maintain onboarding materials for new hires.

    + New Hire Welcome Emails: Draft and send welcome communications to new employees.

    + Orientation Support: Arrange logistics for orientation sessions, including lunch and materials.

    + Write-Up Tracking: Maintain master tracking of disciplinary write-ups and ensure proper documentation.

    + Collaboration on Write-Ups: Work with supervisors and managers to process and file disciplinary actions.

    + Storage & Electronic File Management: Organize HR storage rooms and maintain electronic filing systems for employee records.

    Qualifications

    + Associate’s level in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

    + 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience.

    + Strong organizational and communication skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

    + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
