             Description Summary The Disputes Business Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing all activities within a key functional area. This role requires expertise in continuous improvement methodologies and project management, as well as the ability to facilitate process-focused work sessions and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives. + Implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. + Act as a primary liaison across departments and divisions to drive collaboration and resolve strategic or compliance-related issues. + Provide leadership in the development and adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies. + Monitor, analyze, and report on productivity and performance metrics to senior management. + Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the assigned area. + Define and maintain quality service standards to ensure operational excellence. + Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of experience in dispute management or dispute operations  Preferred Qualifications + Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. + Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and leading process improvement efforts.
