The Job: As a **Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst** , you’ll be part of our Cybersecurity team working as a remote employee. As a Senior IAM Analyst within our Cybersecurity team, you will serve as a strategic advisor and technical expert, helping to drive governance, strategy, and advisory services for our Identity and Access Management program. You will lead IAM assessments, partner with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement and communicate the company’s IAM standards. Your work will focus on key initiatives such as nonhuman identity management, program and process development, identity verification, passwordless authentication, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Active Directory governance. This role requires broad IAM expertise and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions and clear communications for technical teams. You’ll get to: + Lead IAM governance, strategy, and advisory initiatives for all identity types (human, nonhuman, customer). + Advise and support technical teams in the implementation of the company-wide IAM standard, ensuring both governance and technical requirements are met. + Conduct comprehensive IAM assessments across organizational applications, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. + Drive program and process development, including onboarding, provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, and access certification campaigns. + Provide expert guidance on nonhuman identity strategy and implementation. + Lead initiatives around identity verification, passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and secure credential management. + Champion the elimination of insecure practices (e.g., sharing network credentials via email). + Oversee Active Directory governance and compliance efforts. + Collaborate with GRC, IT, application owners, and business units to support audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives. + Communicate IAM standards, policies, and technical requirements to technical teams and stakeholders. + Mentor and guide junior IAM team members; facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions. + Develop and deliver clear, actionable reports, presentations, and metrics for technical and non-technical audiences. + Stay current with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and threats, translating insights into actionable recommendations for the organization. You also have: + Undergraduate degree and 6–8 years of relevant experience, **OR** + Graduate degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, **OR** + Equivalent combination of education and work experience totaling 6–8 years of relevant experience. + Proven experience in IAM governance, strategy, and advisory services. + Broad IAM expertise covering human, nonhuman, and customer identities. + Hands-on experience with passwordless authentication, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. + Deep knowledge of Identity Management Systems (e.g., SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory) and PAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust). + Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO27001, NIST). + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to expertly advise technical teams and influence stakeholders. + Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and training sessions. + Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, CIMP, cloud security) are highly desirable.
