Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Accounting and Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst, NA FP&A Consolidation.

The FP&A Consolidation Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, analysis, and consolidation of mid-term profit plans (typically 5 years). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business objectives,

forecast performance and provide strategic insights that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

What you'll be doing

• Lead the preparation and analysis of mid-term profit plans, revenue and cost forecasting and consolidation for multiple business units and entities.

• Develop financial models to support consolidation and analysis of multi-year, multi-entity financial plans.

• Collaborate with Business Unit Finance teams, Enterprise Strategy and TMC Finance to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business strategy.

• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Track progress against mid-term plans and recommend corrective actions as needed.

• Support strategic initiatives and business improvement projects related to mid-term profit planning.

• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in planning processes.

• Support North America Auto Enterprise month-end and forecast planning, consolidation and reporting processes.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or strategy roles

• 4+ years of experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

• Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable business insights

• Prior experience creating presentations with financial data to help tell a story to NA Executives

• Strong understanding of mid-term business/profit planning processes and strategic frameworks

• Proven experience showing strategic thinking and analytical mindset

Bonus if you have

• MBA or advanced degree

• Has knowledge of and interest in economic factors that impact the automotive industry

• Has a general understanding of the automotive industry including Toyota’s competitors
