    Job Description

    We are looking for a **ServiceNow Architect** to lead the planning, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions **.** This position will be **full-time** **contract** and **onsite** in Tallahassee, Florida.

    What You’ll Do

    + Provide technical leadership in ServiceNow architecture and implementation

    + Translate business and technical requirements into ServiceNow solutions

    + Design and document integration architecture for enterprise systems

    + Establish development standards and governance processes

    + Evaluate and prioritize product changes and enhancements

    + Recommend new ServiceNow features to improve ROI

    + Communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

    + Guide developers and administrators on best practices

    + Monitor platform releases and evaluate new capabilities

    + Participate in governance activities including CAB reviews and release planning

    + Optimize existing implementations for performance and maintainability

    + Lead platform strategy and roadmap decisions

     

    What You'll Need

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

    + Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, product engineering, or high-tech industry

    + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

    + Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture including:Application architecture and data models, Integration Hub and Custom Spokes, Service Portal and Catalog design, Workflow and Flow Designer, Performance Analytics and reporting

    + Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, IRM, ITOM, BCM

    + 3–5 years of experience architecting enterprise platform solutions

    + Experience with API integrations, REST/SOAP, and middleware

    + Understanding of ITSM frameworks including ITIL

    + Experience with governance, release management, and change control​

    Preferred:

    + Experience translating customer requirements into architectural plans

    + Experience evaluating and prioritizing product enhancements

    + Experience with ServiceNow product specifications and development planning

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

    + Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

    + Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

    $80p/h - $90p/h

    The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
