    + Full-time Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:30am -5:30pm and one Saturday every 3 weeks 8:00am – 5:00pm.

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Service Advisor experience (High-line or luxury brand experience strongly preferred)

    + Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

    + Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Tekion is a plus

    The California pay range for this position is $68,640.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.
