    Compensation & Schedule:

    + Commission-Based Earnings: Top performers earn between $100K–$200K+ annually

    + Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week with one weekday off

    + Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    + Guide customers through vehicle selection, financing, and ownership with confidence and clarity

    + Stay sharp — know the product, know the customer, and know how to close

    What You Bring:

    + Automotive sales experience preferred — but not required for the right candidate

    + Strong communication, organization, and tech-savvy skills

    + Self-motivation, goal orientation, and a winning mindset

    + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
