Join Our Team at Surgery Center of Mt. Scott – Now Hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Welcome to the Surgery Center of Mt. Scott, where we are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a convenient and compassionate setting. Our team is made up of professionals selected for their expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence.

Position: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures, ensuring a sterile and efficient surgical environment.

+ Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport to the decontamination area.

+ Assist with post-procedure cleaning and preparation of the operating room for the next patient.

+ Collaborate with the surgical team to support safe and effective patient care.

+ Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the surgical center.

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Requirements:

+ High School Gra duate or equivalent .

+ Graduate of a recognized and accredited Surgical Techn ologist Program .

+ Prior Experience as a Surgical Technologist preferred.

+ Current Surgical Technologist certification preferred .

+ Successful completion of BLS Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
