**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
_Overtime may be required to meet business needs_
What you will do -
As a Repair Specialist with Stryker ProCare, you will work with the in-bound operations of materials in the in-house service center. Additionally, you will:
+ Establish partnership with team members and team lead on production floor to acquire materials
+ Move materials to necessary functional spaces
+ Maintain accurate record keeping for material movement using computer systems
+ Assemble medical device components in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures
+ Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product in accordance with quality system procedures
+ Report all equipment and process-related problems to area supervisor
+ Maintain documentation related to quality, work-in-progress, test results, and labor
+ Collaborate with quality team, engineers, and technicians to resolve issues and develop recommendations for improvement
What you need -
Required
+ Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
+ Ability to meet schedule and overtime requirements as needed
Preferred
+ High school diploma or GED/equivalent
+ Two or more years of experience in a related field, such as manufacturing, inventory, or quality
+ Experience utilizing warehouse equipment, such as a pallet jack
+ Experience utilizing Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
_$26.11-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors._
Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
