Infinite Electronics is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and manage all recruiting efforts for U.S.-based roles. This individual will own the talent acquisition function, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent across technical and non-technical roles. The Senior Recruiter will also serve as the gatekeeper and liaison for any external search firms, ensuring alignment with company standards and hiring goals.
In addition, this role will play a key role in developing college and university partnerships, helping to build out internship programs and attract high-potential college graduates to support the company’s long-term talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment for all U.S. roles, including technical sales, engineering, and corporate functions.
+ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
+ Design, implement, and continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics to ensure efficiency and scalability.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for external search firms, ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
+ Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates using a variety of channels and strategies.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities; design and execute internship and entry-level hiring programs to attract emerging talent.
+ Partner with Marketing and HR to promote Infinite Electronics as an employer of choice.
+ Track and report on recruiting metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
+ Ensure recruiting practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a technical or high-growth environment.
+ Proven success in managing external search firms and vendor relationships.
+ Strong understanding of technical roles, especially in sales and engineering.
+ Experience building and managing college recruiting or internship programs.
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools, preferably ADP and Dayforce.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Constantly communicates with candidates, employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.
+ Constantly operates a laptop or computer.
+ Constantly reviews applications and resumes.
+ Work environment is typically an office environment during normal or extended business hours.
