             Senior Financial Analyst - THPG _Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together_ Work location: Texas Health Resources: 612 E Lamar Blvd, 76011 Work hours: Remote: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs./week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion) What You Will Do: New Business Growth: Develop pro forma to support business development in operational and compensation analysis for ground floor startups, practice acquisitions, existing practice growth and physician replacements. This includes clinic operations and compensation analysis. 20% Annual Service Line Budgeting: Coordinate with service line Directors and VPs to complete the annual budget. This includes revenue, compensation, staffing and operational expense projections. 20% Reporting and Ad Hoc Requests: Including but not limited to creating and maintaining reports for KPI tracking, income statements, and other comparative analysis and reporting and ad hoc requests. 20% Service Line Forecasting: Coordinate with Directors and VPs to complete the quarterly forecasting for assigned service lines. This includes revenue, compensation, staffing and operational expense projections. 15% Service Line Variance Analysis: Provide root cause narrative analysis for monthly and year-to-date actual results variance comparison to budget and forecast.
