Job Title: Financial Analyst

Work Environment

This is a fully remote role, part of the team that handles Consolidations. The position requires working Monday through Friday, with a preference for candidates in the EST time zone, although PST is least preferred.

MUST HAVE

+ Support and collaborate with leaders of one G&A function.

+ Experience with annual budget and quarterly forecast.

+ Experience in monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual results vs budget/forecast/prior year.

+ Ability to track and analyze vendor-level expenses.

+ Coordinate key FP&A tasks during the month-end close process.

+ Collaboration skills with peers in FP&A and Accounting.

+ Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite ERP and Oracle Cloud Hyperion Planning.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to serve as a versatile team member, providing support across multiple departments and projects. The role involves contributing to a variety of tasks ranging from Month End Close to ERP implementation assistance and general accounting support.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with supporting the Finance and Legal, Risk and Compliance teams during a leave of absence.

+ Coordinate and manage month-end tasks with the accounting team.

+ Learn about and assist with benefits-related cost and allocation analysis.

+ Learn about and assist with stock-based compensation related cost and analysis.

+ Assist with tracking and forecasting large company event-related spend.

+ Provide general support across FP&A for open roles and time off coverage.

Essential Skills

+ Strong financial analysis skills.

+ Proficiency in accounting and finance.

+ Experience in financial reporting.

+ A finance or accounting degree.

+ 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Draper, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
