             Job Title: Quality AdminPosition Summary The Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting the organization’s quality management system (QMS) by maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and assisting with audits and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in promoting a culture of quality and operational excellence across the company. Key Responsibilities + Documentation & Records Management + Maintain and update quality documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions. + Ensure accurate and timely filing of quality records in compliance with regulatory and company standards. + Compliance & Standards + Support adherence to ISO, FDA, or other applicable regulatory requirements. + Monitor compliance with internal quality policies and procedures. + Audit Support + Assist in preparing for internal and external audits. + Coordinate audit schedules, track findings, and follow up on corrective actions. + Data Analysis & Reporting + Compile and analyze quality metrics and prepare regular reports for management. + Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce defects and enhance efficiency. + Training & Communication + Support quality-related training programs for staff. + Communicate updates on quality standards and best practices across departments. + Continuous Improvement + Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes. + Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving product and process quality. Qualifications + Preferred Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field. + Experience: 2+ years in a quality or administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or regulated industries. + Skills:Strong organizational and documentation skills. + Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. + Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance. + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
