             We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist II to join our dynamic Core Services People Experience and Technology (PXT) team. This pivotal role supports the Production Operations segment. You will be instrumental in restructuring HR functions, processes, and systems to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency while enhancing manager capabilities and maintaining a positive employee experience. Responsibilities + Collaborate with senior leaders, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies across talent and performance management, compensation, and employee relations. + Leverage listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze employee sentiment trends. + Provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners. + Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence. + Connect sentiment trends and other HR data to the bigger picture goals of the operation. + Dive deep into details while collaborating and consulting across teams. Essential Skills + Strong human resources expertise. + HR experience supporting hourly populations in a fast-paced Operations or Manufacturing environment + Proficient in customer service and HR administration. + Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders and teams. + Proven experience in managing multiple HR scenarios and consulting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident ( Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum due to export control laws and regulations. Work Environment This is an on-site role based in Everett, WA, Kirkland, WA, or Redmond, WA. There may be a need for schedule flexibility to meet business needs, such as being reachable for escalations outside standard hours on a rotational or as-needed basis. Shifts: Day Shift (830-530) (1 HC per location Kirkland, Redmond, or Everett) OR Night Shift (3-11PM) (1 HC per location Kirkland, Redmond, or Everett) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Everett, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
