Overview:

Join a dynamic healthcare team in a fast-paced hospital setting! We’re seeking Patient Services Representatives to support front desk operations across multiple departments including Urgent Care and Radiology. This is a great opportunity to enter the healthcare field—no prior medical experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Check patients in and out for appointments

+ Schedule follow-up visits and collect co-pays

+ Register patients and enter demographic and insurance information

+ Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries

+ Handle clerical duties and manage paperwork

+ Communicate effectively with medical staff

Work Environment:

Schedule: Variable shifts between 6:45 AM – 10:00 PM; monthly schedule provided 2 weeks in advance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
